General

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") describe the use of all games and services provided through www.wazbii.com (the "Website") and through our downloadable applications (the "App"). Together with our Privacy Policy, the Game Rules and any document referred to in them, they form a binding agreement between Wazbii and the Customer. Please read them carefully before accepting. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website and App. These Terms and Conditions also apply to play via mobile and other compatible devices. Your continued use of the Website and/or App constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which take effect immediately.

www.wazbii.com is owned and operated by Wazbii Entertainment N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with company number 158472 and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority to offer games of chance under licence number OGL/2024/874/0391, in accordance with the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de kansspelen). All payment procedures are operated by Wazbii Services Ltd, Agiou Andreou 332, Office 12, 3035 Limassol, Cyprus.

Wazbii is referred to as "Wazbii", "www.wazbii.com", "We", "Us", "Our", "Management" and "Site". The registered account holder is referred to as "You", "Your", "Customer" or "the Player". "Games", "Game", "Service" and "the Services" refer to any service offered through the Website and/or App.

Wazbii may contact Customers by email for marketing and notification purposes. Genuine emails originate only from domains ending in @wazbii.com, @wazbii.net, @wazbii.org or @wazbii.info. If a sender's domain contains unusual characters, or an email looks suspicious, please proceed with caution.

This agreement is at version 1.15 and was last updated on 6 January 2026. It remains valid until a new version is published and accepted by the Customer. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions; where changes are made we will notify you before they take effect, and if you do not agree you must stop using the Website and App. These Terms and Conditions may be published in other languages for informational purposes only; the English version is the legal basis of the relationship between Wazbii and the Customer and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

Your obligations

  • You may open only one account. If you open another, Wazbii may void all bets placed from the duplicate account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old. It is your responsibility to know the legal gambling age in your country and to ensure that online casinos are permitted where you live. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
  • You must use your account only on your own behalf, strictly for recreation and enjoyment.
  • You are responsible for providing true, complete and up-to-date personal details (including identity and address) and for informing us of any change before making a deposit. For identity documents, up to three character errors in total are tolerated in the spelling of your first and last name, provided they are not the first or last letter; no errors are permitted in the date of birth. If information proves to be incorrect, we may block the account and withhold the funds in it.
  • You may only use funds of lawful origin. We may suspend an account and withhold funds where we reasonably suspect fraud, including counterfeit, stolen or misappropriated documents, the use of stolen payment methods, collusion or chip dumping.
  • You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or fees that may apply to winnings in your jurisdiction.
  • Only payment cards and financial instruments legally issued in your own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals.
  • You understand that playing involves a risk of losing funds. If you do not accept this, you should not use the Website or App.
  • Communication with our staff must be courteous. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the relationship.
  • If you qualify as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP), you must report this to Customer Support and stop using the Services. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and review.

Restricted territories

Residents and citizens of certain territories may not access or use Wazbii by any means. These include, among others: the United States of America and its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands), the United Kingdom, France and its territories, Spain, the Netherlands, Aruba, Curaçao, Australia, Ukraine and any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. The availability of the Website in any country does not constitute an offer or invitation to use our Services where doing so would be unlawful. It is your responsibility to determine the law that applies where you are located and to act lawfully.

Arbitrage and prohibited strategies

Arbitrage betting — exploiting differences in odds or lines to guarantee a profit, including the use of arbitrage software — is strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such actions will be deemed invalid and the account may be suspended with confiscation of the related winnings.

Your account

  • You must open an account for personal use to take part in our Games and Services. The account must be registered in your own correct name and details, once only, and not duplicated through any other person, household, address (postal or IP), email address or shared environment.
  • Any additional accounts you open or beneficially own ("Duplicate Accounts") may be closed. If we reasonably believe fraud has occurred, we may block the account and withhold the funds in it. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses — is treated as fraud under these Terms and Conditions.
  • The use of proxies, TOR and similar tools to access the Website or games from a restricted country is prohibited and may result in your account being blocked. Wazbii otherwise permits the responsible use of VPN technology.
  • Our support team can perform a limited duplicate-account check, but cannot guarantee its accuracy; more detailed checks are carried out at the time of withdrawal. The absence of a detected duplicate does not absolve you of responsibility for having created one.
  • You must keep your username, password and account number confidential and take reasonable steps to protect your device. Transactions made with the correct credentials are treated as valid, whether or not authorised by you, and we are not liable where you disclose your details to a third party. If you lose your details or suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.
  • If you provide incorrect or incomplete details, we may be unable to verify your account. Our Security Department may correct up to three letters in your name or surname (not the first or last letter) and a single digit in the date of birth. If you notice an error after registering, contact us before depositing.
  • If your address changes, email [email protected] before your next deposit with proof of the new address. Otherwise your address cannot be verified, your last deposit may be returned, winnings may be confiscated and the account blocked.
  • We may request verification documents at any time, including proof of identity, proof of address, a colour photo of the payment card, and a statement of the payment method used. Where documents cannot be supplied within two days, we may request a selfie with ID. We may also request video verification; if this is not completed within 7 days the account may be blocked and winnings withheld, though the period may be extended on request (up to 6 months) for legitimate reasons.
  • We reserve the right to close, refuse or ban an account at our sole discretion.
  • You may close or suspend your account at any time via live chat or by emailing our security department; on receipt the account is closed. Where closure is due to a gambling exclusion, the account remains closed for the duration of that exclusion. Reopening requires you to contact support. Any additional accounts remain subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Closing an unverified account with a balance does not remove your obligation to complete identity verification; without it, withdrawals cannot be processed. If verification is not passed, your last deposit will be returned, provided it does not exceed the balance on the account.
  • To limit, exclude or block your account for longer than a week, email [email protected] with your name, phone number, the reason and the preferred timeframe. While an account is blocked, no deposits, withdrawals or verification steps can be processed. We cannot set blocks on accounts held at other casinos, nor follow bespoke blocking patterns.
  • If you request a block and your balance is less than your last deposit, the remaining balance is returned to your last payment method. If the balance exceeds your last deposit, winnings are cancelled and only the last deposit is returned.
  • Communication between Wazbii and the Customer is stored for as long as we consider appropriate. Each bonus-game activation expires after 24 hours; any unused part, including rewards and progress, is lost thereafter.

Game providers

Individual game providers restrict the jurisdictions in which their games may be offered. Where a game or provider is not permitted in your location, it will not be available to you. Wazbii may add, remove or restrict access to any provider or game at its discretion and without prior notice, but will not do so without cause. The territories restricted by each provider are set out below.

Bonuses and promotions

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms shown with each offer, together with our general Bonus Terms. We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.

Fair gaming

Games are supplied by independent studios and outcomes are determined by certified random number generators, as described in our Fair Play Policy.

Responsible gambling & AML

We are committed to responsible gaming; tools such as deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are described on our Responsible Gambling page. We operate identity and source-of-funds checks in line with our AML & KYC Policy.

Limitation of liability

The Website and App are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazbii accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Complaints, governing law & contact

If you have a complaint, contact our support team via the Contact page; we aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
