These Bonus Terms govern every promotion, bonus, cashback and loyalty reward offered by Wazbii and form an integral part of our Terms & Conditions. Where an individual promotion has its own published rules, those rules apply in addition to — and, in the event of a conflict, in priority over — the general terms set out below.

1. Claiming a bonus

  • A deposit bonus is activated by a single deposit that is equal to or greater than the minimum amount required for that bonus. Multiple smaller deposits are not combined to reach the qualifying amount.
  • Each player may use only one Welcome bonus.
  • Only one bonus may be active at any time. A further bonus cannot be activated while another carries an unfulfilled wagering requirement.
  • If you selected a bonus and made a deposit but the bonus was not added, do not place any bets — contact support so it can be credited manually. A bonus can only be credited to an intact (unplayed) balance.

2. Our rights

  • Wazbii may remove, add or change any bonus that is available in a Customer's account and has not yet been claimed. A bonus that has been claimed and is active will not normally be removed.
  • Wazbii may exclude any account from bonuses, the loyalty system and/or cashback.
  • We may apply different bonus restrictions to Customers resident in different countries for reasons we are not obliged to disclose, and may offer, change or withdraw bonuses for individual players or groups without explanation or compensation.

3. Wagering requirements

Where a bonus or cashback carries a wagering requirement, this is clearly shown before you choose to accept it. Withdrawals are made only from the Real Money balance; any remaining bonus-money balance is forfeited when a withdrawal is made. Wazbii determines which games and services contribute towards wagering, and at what rate. The wagering requirement is a minimum of 30× the bonus amount and/or the amount of real money participating in the bonus.

4. How the bonus is released

The 30× requirement is released in stages: the bonus is paid to your Real Money balance in instalments of 10% of the activated bonus, each time you wager another 10% of the total requirement.

  • Welcome Turnover Bonus (100%). Deposit $100 → $100 bonus. Total wagering = $100 × 30 = $3,000. For every $300 wagered, $10 is credited to your balance.
  • Reload Turnover Bonus (50%). Deposit $100 → $50 bonus. Total wagering = $50 × 30 = $1,500. For every $150 wagered, $5 is credited.
  • Crypto Turnover Bonus (150%). Deposit $50 → $75 bonus. Total wagering = $75 × 30 = $2,250. For every $225 wagered, $7.50 is credited.

5. Game contribution

Games contribute different amounts towards meeting wagering requirements:

  • Slots — 100%
  • All blackjack and all baccarat games — 20%
  • Other live and table games — 50%
  • Sportsbook — 50%
  • Roulette — 0%
  • Crash / fishing games — 0%

6. No Deposit Bonuses

A No Deposit Bonus is credited manually or automatically without requiring a deposit. The following caps apply:

  • No Deposit Cash Bonus: the maximum that can be won and/or withdrawn is 10× the bonus value. Example: a $50 bonus that wins $1,000 allows a withdrawal of $500 ($50 × 10); the remaining $500 is voided.
  • Free Spins: the maximum that can be won is $50 (or currency equivalent). Example: if Free Spins win a total of $100, $50 may be withdrawn and the remaining $50 is voided.
  • Sportsbook Free Bets: the maximum that can be won and/or withdrawn is 10× the free-bet value.

These conditions are mandatory whenever any No Deposit Bonus is used on the Wazbii website.

7. Cashback

Cashback is treated as a no-deposit bonus and is subject to the same restrictions as winnings from a No Deposit Cash Bonus, capped at 10× the cashback received.

  • Cashback is credited automatically each day after 01:30 UTC+0.
  • It is calculated from the total difference between losing and winning bets, measured from the moment the account was created, minus any cashback already accrued.
  • The percentage depends on the total net loss difference:
    • below $1,200 — 15%
    • $1,200 to $5,500 — 20%
    • $5,500 to $10,000 — 25%
    • above $10,000 — set individually by the VIP department, up to 40%
  • Maximum withdrawal from cashback winnings is 10× the cashback credited. Example: $100 cashback allows a maximum withdrawal of $1,000; anything above is voided.
  • Minimum cashback that can be credited: 5 USD, 5 EUR, 5 AUD, 5 CAD, 5 CHF, 10 BGN, 35 DKK, 50 NOK, 50 SEK, 20 PLN, 50 TRY, 100 MXN, 100 ZAR, 25 BRL, 500 INR.

8. Maximum bet

The maximum bet while playing with any bonus is not limited unless stated otherwise in the description of the specific bonus.

9. Sticky bonuses & cancellation

Some Wazbii bonus and cashback offers are "sticky": all bets are placed from the Real Money balance and all winnings are credited to the bonus balance. If you cancel an active bonus or cashback, or make a withdrawal, your active bonuses are cancelled and the bonus balance is lost. An activated bonus or cashback must be wagered within 3 days, otherwise the bonus balance is forfeited. Support agents cannot reinstate a cancelled bonus with the same wagering level.

10. Prohibited play

Bonus hunting is strictly forbidden while any bonus is active (including cashback, special and streamer bonuses). Bonus hunting means collecting bonus features — such as free spins or saved bonus rounds — then closing the game and reopening it only after a bonus has been wagered. This style of play is not permitted unless specifically authorised by management. Where a breach is judged to be an attempt to defraud the casino, Wazbii may confiscate all winnings and deposits without the possibility of return.

11. Streamer & affiliate bonuses

The conditions of streamer, affiliate and individual bonuses are agreed separately and set out in the relevant bonus description or with casino management; the general terms above do not apply to affiliate bonuses. Questions about affiliate bonus rules are handled through the affiliate or the Affiliate Department. If a streamer or affiliate breaches these conditions — including offering bonuses in countries that were not pre-agreed — management may withdraw such bonuses.
