Fair Play Policy

At Wazbii we believe every player deserves a fair, transparent and honest gaming experience. This policy explains how game fairness is maintained and how to raise a concern.

1. Random number generation

The outcome of every spin, hand or round is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). An RNG produces results that are statistically random and independent of previous outcomes — past results never influence future ones, and there is no way to predict or influence a result.

2. Independent testing

On a live service, the RNGs and games would be tested and certified by accredited independent laboratories (such as eCOGRA, iTech Labs or GLI). These bodies verify that results are random and that advertised return-to-player percentages are accurate. Certificates would be renewed periodically.

3. Return to player (RTP)

Return to Player is the theoretical percentage of total stakes a game returns to players over a very large number of rounds. For example, a game with an RTP of 96% is designed to return, on average, $96 for every $100 wagered across its lifetime. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not predict the result of any individual session — short-term results can vary significantly.

4. Game providers

Our games are supplied by independent, regulated studios. Game logic, RNGs and RTP settings are controlled by these providers and cannot be altered by Wazbii. We display the provider for each game in the lobby.

5. House edge & volatility

  • House edge is the mathematical advantage built into each game (the inverse of RTP). It is how the operator and providers sustain the service.
  • Volatility describes how often and how large wins tend to be: high-volatility games pay less frequently but with larger potential wins, while low-volatility games pay more often in smaller amounts.

6. Anti-fraud & collusion

To protect fair play we monitor for collusion, bots, exploitation of software errors and other forms of cheating. Where a malfunction occurs, all affected plays and pays are void. Accounts found to be cheating may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

7. Your responsibility

Fair play works both ways. Players must use one account, play personally, provide truthful information and never attempt to manipulate games or promotions. See our Terms & Conditions and Bonus Terms.

8. Disputes

If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact us through the Contact page with the date, time and game involved. Each game round has a unique reference that allows the result to be reviewed. We aim to investigate and respond within 14 days.
